Located 400 meters above the village of Bonassola, in the hamlet of San Giorgio, the Cà du Ferrà signature experience begins with an immersive stroll through organically managed vineyards. Walking along characteristic narrow lanes between ancient houses and vegetable gardens, Davide, Giuseppe, and their team of Sommeliers lead guests to discover a unique territory, enriched by small-fruit cultivations and a precious apiary.
The visit reveals the secrets behind the restoration of ancient historic grape varieties and local culture, culminating in the estate’s cellar. Here, the storytelling transforms into flavor with a tasting of Cà du Ferrà wines, accompanied by a selection of seasonal products—an authentic journey through the history and innovation of Ligurian viticulture.




CANTINA CAPPELLINI
The Winery and its Surrounding Land
In the heart of the Cinque Terre, suspended between vineyards and the sea just a short walk from Manarola, lies the village of Volastra. Here, the Capellini Winery has preserved local winemaking traditions for seven generations, passionately innovating within a unique territory that spans two hectares of spectacular terraced vineyards, situated between 300 and 450 meters above sea level.
Just outside the village, you reach the Agrivino, a tasting spot nestled among the rows of vines overlooking the sea. It is a place of absolute relaxation where love for the land is expressed through authentic sensory experiences, tied exclusively to the aromas and flavors of Cinque Terre wine.

Perched on the scenic Punta Bonfiglio in Manarola, Nessun Dorma celebrates the union of heroic viticulture and Ligurian hospitality. The experience begins among the rows of vines suspended above the village, where you will learn the ancient art of grape cultivation in the Cinque Terre, before continuing to the historic 16th-century cellar in the heart of the village.
Here, within ancient walls and fueled by the energy of a passionate team, guests are guided through a sensory tasting that includes the estate’s prestigious DOC wines and the rare Sciacchetrà.
